Here you’ll find quick answers to the most common questions about our digital products, downloads, support, and licensing.


1. What types of products do you sell?

We sell high-quality digital products such as website templates, Figma UI kits, Shopify templates, Canva ebooks, business dashboards, Excel tools, printables, prompts, workflows, and digital guides.
All products are delivered instantly after purchase.


2. How do I receive my digital product?

After completing your order, you will receive:

✔ A download link on the order confirmation page
✔ An email with your product files
✔ (Optional) Access from your account dashboard

All files are delivered digitally—no physical shipping.


3. Do you offer refunds?

Since all products are digital and instantly available, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

– Wrong purchase
– Change of mind
– Not having the required software

Refunds are only offered in rare cases like duplicate payment or a broken file.

4. What software do I need to use the templates?

Each product lists its required software, such as:

– Canva
– Figma
– Excel / Google Sheets
– MS Word
– PDF reader
– Shopify / WooCommerce

Check the product description before purchasing.


5. Can I edit the templates?

Yes! All templates are fully editable.
You can customize:

✔ Colors
✔ Fonts
✔ Images
✔ Layout
✔ Branding

No advanced skills needed.


6. Can I use the templates for client projects?

Yes, you can use our products to create final work for clients.

But you cannot share or give clients the editable source files (Figma, Canva, Excel, Word, ZIP).
If clients want the editable files, they must purchase their own license.


7. Can I resell or share the digital files?

No.
You cannot:

✘ Share
✘ Redistribute
✘ Give away for free
✘ Upload to marketplaces

All products are for single-user license only.


8. What if I didn’t receive my download email?

Check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still don’t see it, contact support and we’ll resend it immediately.

9. What if a file doesn’t open or is corrupted?

Just contact us.
We will send you a working replacement file at no extra cost.


10. Are updates included?

Small updates or corrections may be provided for free.
Major upgrades may be sold as a new product.


11. Do you offer custom design services?

Yes!
