This Digital Product License Agreement explains how you are allowed to use the digital products purchased from MiniTech (https://minitech.in/).
By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from MiniTech, you agree to this license.

⭐ 1. License Type

All digital products purchased from MiniTech are provided under a:

❗ Non-exclusive, Non-transferable, Single-User License

This means:

✔ You can use the product for your personal or business use
✔ You can use it for unlimited personal projects
✔ You can use it for unlimited business projects
✔ You may edit, modify, and customize the product

But you cannot resell, share, or transfer the product to others.

⭐ 2. Permitted Uses

You ARE allowed to:

✔ Use the product for your own business
✔ Use it for your clients (as part of a service)
✔ Edit or modify the files to fit your brand
✔ Export finished work for business use
✔ Create unlimited end-products based on the template

Note: You may use them for client projects as long as the raw files are NOT shared with the client.

⭐ 3. Prohibited Uses

You ARE NOT allowed to:

✘ Resell the digital product
✘ Share or distribute the product files
✘ Give your download link to others
✘ Upload the product to any marketplace (Etsy, Creative Market, Envato, Fiverr, etc.)
✘ Claim the design or template as your own
✘ Offer the product as a freebie or bonus
✘ Sell modified versions of the product
✘ Use the files to create competing digital products

Any violation will result in license cancellation and possible legal action.

⭐ 4. License for Client Work

You may use the product to create work for a paying client only if:

✔ You deliver the final exported output (PDF, PNG, JPG, website, etc.)
✘ You do NOT give the client the editable source files (Figma, Canva, Excel, Word, ZIP, etc.)

If the client wants the editable source file, they must purchase their own license from MiniTech.

⭐ 5. Ownership

All digital products remain the intellectual property of MiniTech.

You are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the design or source code.

⭐ 6. Refunds

Digital products cannot be returned after download.
All sales are final, as stated in our Refund Policy.

Refunds are only provided in rare cases such as:

– Duplicate payment
– Wrong accidental charge
– Broken or corrupted file (we provide replacement)

⭐ 7. Restrictions for Sharing

You may NOT:

✘ Upload the product to Google Drive, Dropbox, or cloud folders for public access
✘ Send the files to anyone via email or messaging
✘ Give away the template as part of a paid or free bundle
✘ Include it inside a course or membership

These actions are strictly forbidden.

⭐ 8. Termination of License

MiniTech reserves the right to terminate your license if:

– You violate the usage rules
– You share or resell the files
– You misuse the product in any way

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the product.

⭐ 9. Updates

MiniTech may update or improve products from time to time.
Updates are provided based on the product and are not guaranteed.
