1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All purchases made on MiniTech.in are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product is purchased, it is automatically delivered to your email or download page.
Since digital files cannot be “returned,” we do not offer:

2. Exceptions
A refund may only be considered in the following rare situations:
✔ Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment.
✔ Download Issues
If you didn’t receive the product due to a technical error, incorrect email, or failed download, our team will resend the files at no extra cost.
✔ Corrupted or Broken File
If a file is corrupted or cannot be opened, we will provide a working replacement file.
Refunds will not be issued if:
– You changed your mind
– You don’t like the product
– You “expected something different”
– You don’t have the required software to use the product (Figma, Canva, Excel, MS Word, etc.)
– You downloaded the file successfully
3. Product Compatibility
Before purchasing, please check the product description for required software such as:

– Figma
– Excel / Google Sheets
– MS Word
– Shopify / WooCommerce
– PDF reader
We do not provide refunds if you purchased an item that is not compatible with your software.
